At Goat Yoga Joy, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. We will help you learn how the breath can help yo move more mindfully and discover tools that can help you deal with stresses, big and small, in our day-to-day lives. Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga and healing interaction with our goats.
